Bloom

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 2026

Bloom helps you build a personal beauty routine. Because your skin profile is personal, we keep it private and only use it to power the features you ask for. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

  • Account details — your email address and a securely hashed password.
  • Your Beauty Passport — skin type, concerns and goals that you choose to share so we can match products and spaces to you.
  • Journeys & check-ins — the products you track and the notes and ratings you log over time.
  • Saved products and space memberships that you create inside the app.

How we use it

We use your information to generate your personalized recommendations, show progress across your journeys, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your personal data, and we never share your skin profile with advertisers.

Product catalog

Product information in Bloom comes from a curated public catalog. Matching happens on our side against the passport you control — the catalog providers do not receive your profile.

Your choices

You can edit your Beauty Passport at any time from the app, and you can remove journeys, saved products and memberships you no longer want. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at privacy@bloom.appgolem.com.
