Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use Bloom.
Not medical advice
Bloom offers personalized skincare suggestions and community content for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dermatological advice. If you have a skin condition or a reaction to a product, consult a qualified professional.
Your content
Journeys, check-ins and notes you create remain yours. You grant Bloom permission to store and display that content back to you so the app can function. You can remove it at any time.
Acceptable use
Please use community Spaces respectfully. Do not post harmful, misleading or abusive content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Changes
We may update these terms as Bloom evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
